Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Managing licensing applications and tracking, the full-time remote Licensing Specialist will address issues, conduct independent research, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Track individual licenses and education requirements
• Complete and file all applications and renewals assigned
• Address deficiencies or inquiries from state regulators and provide solutions

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
• Basic mathematical skills for calculations and applying algebra and geometry concepts
• No specific certifications or licenses required
