Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Providing licensing and appointment support remotely, the full-time Licensing Specialist will manage license requests, assist with training team members, and ensure compliance with state and carrier requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Process license requests to maintain accurate licensing and appointment status in company systems
• Handle phone calls and related activities, including research and follow-up for licensing inquiries
• Assist in training team members and maintain accurate data across all systems

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing excellent service and meeting department goals
