Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Providing licensing and appointment support to Producers and Managers, the remote Licensing Specialist will manage license requests, ensure compliance with state and carrier guidelines, and assist in training team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Process license requests to maintain accurate licensing and appointment status in company systems
• Provide service for phone-related activities, including research and follow-up
• Assist in training team members and maintain accurate data across all systems

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Commitment to providing excellent service and meeting department goals
