Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the licensing process for healthcare providers, the full-time Licensing Specialist will compile necessary documents, research information, and interact with licensing boards remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles documents and verifies provider education for licensing applications
• Acts as a liaison between state boards and providers to facilitate communication and obtain application updates
• Requests and tracks documentation required by state boards, ensuring timely progress on licensing applications

Required qualifications

• One year of work experience in a clerical/support position involving customer interaction
• College education preferred
• Experience in the medical field is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database applications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large amounts of information effectively
