Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Providing licensing and appointment support remotely, the full-time Licensing Specialist will manage license applications, ensure compliance with state and carrier guidelines, and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Process new and renewal license applications and verify continuing education compliance
• Audit vendor licenses and follow up on non-compliance issues
• Assist in the formulation and editing of licensing policies and participate in industry licensing groups

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace required
