Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Providing licensing and appointment support in a remote environment, the full-time Licensing Specialist will process new and renewal license applications, verify continuing education compliance, and maintain knowledge of state compliance rules and carrier guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Process new and renewal license applications and verify compliance with continuing education requirements
• Maintain communication with customers to understand and meet their licensing needs
• Assist in formulating and editing licensing policies and procedures while participating in industry licensing groups

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
