Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Licensing Specialist will manage licensure applications for new physicians, ensuring compliance and a smooth onboarding experience while collaborating with the Credentialing and Licensing Team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end, including tracking and communication of all licensing activities
• Ensure timely completion of licensure applications for new and current specialists, meeting compliance needs across multiple states
• Communicate effectively with physicians and internal teams regarding licensing processes and support state board applications

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with physician license applications, including multi-state experience (IMLC and State Boards)
• Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
