Licensing Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Team Lead to oversee the Licensing team and support the processing of provider licensure applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and daily support to Licensing Specialists, including workload coordination and prioritization
• Process and manage provider license applications and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Assist with quality assurance audits and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of provider licensing experience, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
• Knowledge of multi-state provider licensing requirements for Physicians, PMHNPs, and Therapists
• Experience with licensing platforms such as Verifiable or Medallion
• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is preferred
• Familiarity with credentialing and regulatory standards is a plus
