Licensure & Certification Specialist

Job Summary

Providing essential support to the provider credentialing department, the full-time remote Licensure & Certification Specialist will manage the credentialing and re-credentialing of individual providers, enrollment with payors, and maintain communication with regulatory agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Credential and re-credential individual providers for Anesthesia and ASC entities
• Enroll and revalidate providers with government and commercial payors
• Research and develop policies and procedures for the credentialing department

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited College or University; Bachelor's Degree or relevant certifications preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience required
• Experience drafting and completing Medicare 855B applications is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• CPCS Certification is desirable
