Licensure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensure Specialist to manage provider licensing processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of acquiring new licenses for multi-disciplinary Providers
• Conduct primary source verification and submit complete applications on behalf of Providers
• Manage renewal of Licenses, National Board Certifications, and DEA Registrations to maintain compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience handling Provider Licensure, preferably for multi-disciplinary Provider groups
• Extensive experience with Medicaid in a multi-state organization
• Telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
• Advanced skills in computerized spreadsheeting and database management
