LICSW/LMHC Weekend Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the Emergency Services Division, the part-time LICSW/LMHC Weekend Supervisor will coordinate operational activities of the Central Triage, supervise staff responding to patient inquiries, and provide case consultation to clinicians while working remotely on weekends from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with central triage program guidelines and policies to ensure alignment with organizational mission
• Evaluate program outcomes and adjust services to ensure culturally appropriate care for clients
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Central Triage staff, ensuring effective management of referrals and case assignments

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in a human services field
• LICSW or LMHC license at the independent level required
• Two years of experience in emergency services, triage, or call center preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral healthcare practices and managed care principles
• Ability to exercise clinical, legal, and ethical judgment in decision-making
