Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble lien documentation packets for processing
  • Verify payment information from customers
  • Prepare and submit lien releases
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or financial processes
  • Solid administrative experience with data entry and document preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (basic use)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in collections or lien processing is a plus
