Lien Resolution Analyst

Job Summary

To support lien resolution efforts, the full-time Lien Resolution Analyst will remotely manage the negotiation and resolution of healthcare liens with governmental and private lienholders while ensuring timely data processing and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Compliantly resolve healthcare liens and ensure timely data and documentation routing from lienholders
• Maintain communication with lienholders and internal teams to provide updates and ensure accuracy of incoming data
• Understand and meet lien resolution milestones in accordance with service level standards and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience or educational equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Basic understanding of various insurance types, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and make independent decisions
