Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Actuarial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in development and maintenance of reporting and data extraction infrastructure for the Life Actuarial Department
  • Review and analyze new policies, dividend scales, and policy reserves based on actuarial methods
  • Assist in drafting policies, forms, and rate manuals to ensure compliance with regulations and company goals

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with programming and data analysis tools, preferably SAS
  • Potential for success on Society of Actuaries exams, with completion of at least one SOA Exam preferred
  • Excellent skills in advanced mathematics, probability, and statistics
  • Significant experience in Excel, Access, or similar data management software
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
