Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Actuarial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in development and maintenance of reporting and data extraction infrastructure for the Life Actuarial Department
Review and analyze new policies, dividend scales, and policy reserves based on actuarial methods
Assist in drafting policies, forms, and rate manuals to ensure compliance with regulations and company goals

Required Qualifications:

Experience with programming and data analysis tools, preferably SAS
Potential for success on Society of Actuaries exams, with completion of at least one SOA Exam preferred
Excellent skills in advanced mathematics, probability, and statistics
Significant experience in Excel, Access, or similar data management software
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
