Life and Annuities Product Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life and Annuities (L&A) Product Strategist to join their Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for L&A core services
• Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to strategic objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs
• Lead the development and communication of detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in the insurance industry (preferably Life and Annuities)
• 5+ years working with insurance technology platforms or transformation initiatives
• 4+ years of direct exposure to Life and Annuity processes and systems
• Demonstrated success defining product strategy and launching complex software products or platforms
• Strong understanding of Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and related processes within insurance
