Life and Annuities Product Strategist
Job Summary
Owning the strategy for core Life and Annuities platform services, the full-time salaried Life and Annuities Product Strategist will develop product vision, maintain a prioritized roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for L&A core services
- Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to strategic objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs
- Lead the development and communication of detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in the insurance industry (preferably Life and Annuities)
- 5+ years working with insurance technology platforms or transformation initiatives
- 4+ years of direct exposure to Life and Annuity processes and systems
- Demonstrated success defining product strategy and launching complex software products or platforms (ideally SaaS or cloud-native)
- Strong understanding of Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and related insurance processes
