Life and Annuity Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex initiatives in the life insurance and annuity sector, the full-time remote Senior Delivery Manager will manage project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, deliverables, and timelines for life and annuity projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing project-related issues
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a collaborative work environment

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree with 5-10 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager focused on life insurance and annuity products and TPA operations
• Agile/Scrum certification and/or PMI certification preferred
• In-depth understanding of life insurance and annuity products, industry regulations, and best practices
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management software
