Job Summary

Leading complex initiatives in the life insurance and annuity sector, the remote Senior Delivery Manager will manage project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance and quality assurance in project deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that define objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets for life and annuity projects
• Manage cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates
• Oversee risk management and ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience managing technology projects; Agile/Scrum or PMI certification preferred
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager focused on life insurance and annuity products implementation and TPA operations
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management software
• In-depth understanding of life insurance and annuity products, industry regulations, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
