Life and Disability Claims Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims team, the full-time remote Senior Claims Analyst will manage the adjudication and processing of medical, dental, and vision claims while serving as a liaison for internal departments and providing customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Secure and analyze claim information to determine life and disability benefits in accordance with policy provisions and regulations
• Calculate benefit payments and communicate claim decisions for new and ongoing claims
• Advise team members on claim processing procedures and ensure adherence to established guidelines

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical claim processing
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related software
