Life and Disability Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Claims Analyst will manage various claim administrative and technical tasks, adjudicate medical, dental, and vision claims, and serve as a liaison for internal departments while ensuring compliance with policy provisions and relevant laws.

Key responsibilities

• Secure and analyze claim information to make benefit determinations for life and disability claims
• Calculate benefit payments and communicate claim decisions on new and ongoing claims
• Provide customer service and advise team members on claim processing procedures

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of three years of life and/or disability claim administration experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
