Life and Disability Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Claims Analyst will manage claim adjudication and processing for medical, dental, and vision claims, while providing customer service and acting as a liaison between various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Secure and analyze claim information to determine life and disability benefits in accordance with policy provisions and laws
• Calculate benefit payments and communicate claim decisions for new and ongoing claims
• Advise team members on claim processing procedures and ensure compliance with established guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of three years of life and/or disability claim administration experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
