Life and Disability Insurance Manager

Job Summary

To support client relationships, the full-time remote Small Case Client Manager will coordinate service delivery for products and services, manage the renewal lifecycle for group cases, and build effective relationships with producers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with producers, customers, and internal partners, facilitating service delivery and case onboarding support
• Manage the renewal lifecycle for true group cases of 10-99 lives, aiming to meet targets for premium retention and profitability
• Participate in training and assist peers while performing administrative tasks to support general office operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant experience
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in employee benefits, account management, or similar roles
• Professional certification required: Life and Disability insurance license for resident state, to be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Broad understanding of insurance contracts, statutes, and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to summarize complex subjects using plain language in both written and verbal form
