Life and Disability Insurance Representative

Job Summary

Providing proactive support to a small portfolio of employee benefits clients, the remote Employee Benefits Sr Account Representative will assist account managers with client meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and serve as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of materials for client meetings and renewals, including benefit summaries and enrollment procedures
• Manage client communications and respond to inquiries regarding employee benefits insurance
• Verify the accuracy of client plan documents and maintain client records in designated systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry or a related field
• Must hold a life and disability insurance license
• College degree preferred
• Familiarity with BenefitPoint and ImageRight is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
