Job Summary
Supporting the account management team, the remote Employee Benefits Select Account Representative will assist with client meetings, prepare benefit materials, and maintain accurate client documentation while being commutable to a local office in Colorado, Oregon, or Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Assist account managers with preparation of client meeting materials and benefit summaries
- Request and verify client information and documentation, ensuring accuracy of plan documents
- Provide general administrative support to the account management team and maintain client records
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Employee Benefits
- Must hold a life and disability insurance license
- Preferred college degree
- Customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with BenefitPoint and ImageRight is a plus
