Job Summary

Managing the RFP process for new and existing business, the full-time remote Employee Benefits Proposal Specialist will leverage relationship management and analytical skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proposal accuracy and competitive pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate RFP risks for amendments and new groups
• Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements
• Analyze RFP documents for underwriting feasibility and proposal accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Group Employee Benefits Products and underwriting guidelines preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred
• Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the assigned territory required
