Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life/Disability Financial Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommends competitive pricing and product solutions for customer requirements
• Reviews contracts and plan designs for takeover business evaluation
• Negotiates with Sales and Account Management teams to prepare offers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of Short-Term and Long-Term Disability underwriting experience
• Comprehensive understanding of risk pool management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Ability to maintain accountability and high performance in a remote setting
