Life and Health Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage an assigned book of clients and oversee self-funded group health plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between clients, brokers, and internal departments for self-funded group health plans
• Conduct quarterly meetings to review plan performance and ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare and present employee training and reporting for key accounts

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience required
• At least three years' experience in an account management role required
• Excellent working knowledge of employee medical benefit plans required
• Experience with group health insurance and self-funded health plans preferred
• Life and Health Insurance Producers license preferred
