Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Specialist to provide sales-cycle and administrative support for the Medical Stop Loss Distribution team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the RFP pipeline for new sales and renewal opportunities, ensuring timely proposal development
  • Provide administrative support and act as a liaison between sales personnel, customers, and internal contacts
  • Coordinate marketing and sales support for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Stop Loss product and/or account management
  • Strong customer service experience and ability to manage deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Medical Stop Loss industry and RFP pipeline management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Active Life and Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
