Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Administration Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
  • Configure open enrollment lifecycle and serve as the single point of contact for customers post-implementation
  • Ensure the protection and security of consumer information in compliance with HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications
  • Current life and health insurance license preferred
  • 2 years' work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier, or TPA preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
