Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Administration Associate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
- Configure open enrollment lifecycle and serve as the single point of contact for customers post-implementation
- Ensure the protection and security of consumer information in compliance with HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications
- Current life and health insurance license preferred
- 2 years' work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier, or TPA preferred
- Driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with a positive attitude
- Flexible approach to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
