Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant who excels in client-facing roles and aims to enhance employee benefit programs for employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, managing relationships and providing ongoing support
- Develop and execute renewal strategies while leading carrier negotiations and proposal development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Benefit Consultant and/or Account Manager
- Life & Health Insurance License
- Experience supporting small and large group clients
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, renewals, and compliance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
