Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support Regional Executives and manage customer relationships for Life, Disability, and Supplemental Health products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service to a designated book of business, managing day-to-day service work and client education
- Collaborate with internal partners to address service inquiries and identify business growth opportunities
- Manage the renewal process and negotiate with underwriting on behalf of clients
Required Qualifications
- General knowledge of Life and Disability insurance and health and welfare benefits
- Must hold a Life and Health insurance license or obtain it within the first 3 months
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- Ability to manage relationships and service inquiries effectively
- Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and development within the role
