Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary service contact for mid-sized client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality customer service
- Manage daily service operations, including AOR changes, billing issues, and client education on products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new business implementation and drive client retention and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- 3-5 years of cumulative, relevant experience
- Life & Health License (willingness to acquire within 6 months)
- Required product knowledge in life, disability, and/or absence management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
