Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary service contact for mid-sized client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality customer service
  • Manage daily service operations, including AOR changes, billing issues, and client education on products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support new business implementation and drive client retention and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of cumulative, relevant experience
  • Life & Health License (willingness to acquire within 6 months)
  • Required product knowledge in life, disability, and/or absence management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
