Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure successful business renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Renew assigned book of business and develop renewal strategies, including negotiation and presentation of solutions
• Implement new business onboarding experiences and provide ongoing support to clients throughout the plan year
• Assess group performance, analyze trends, and collaborate with internal partners to optimize renewal processes and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management
• Demonstrated analytical skills for consulting on insurance products
• Ability to work independently and make decisions aligned with divisional objectives
• Strong time management skills
• Active life and health license preferred or ability to obtain within the first year
