Key Responsibilities

• Recruits new agents and performs agent training via phone and webinars
• Records calling activities in CRM/Hubspot and ensures consistent marketing on products
• Communicates with agents regarding questions and sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 5 or more years of experience in sales (Preferred)
• Life/Health license required
