Job Summary

A company is looking for an Add-On Licensed Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers with additional coverage
• Record information and maintain departmental procedures and policies
• Explain policy benefits and complete necessary paperwork as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience or professional environment experience
• Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance preferred but not required
• Knowledge of insurance operations and a customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations calmly
