Job Summary
Consulting and closing new prospect opportunities, the full-time Insurance Sales Agent - Benefit Lines will work collaboratively with RVPs and the Marketing team to expand the client portfolio while managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily inquiries by contacting clients and alliance partners to drive sales and revenue growth
- Qualify prospects' coverage needs and consult on appropriate insurance solutions
- Maintain a pipeline of open opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups to advance the sales process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry
- Valid Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
- Strong expertise in Group Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
- Ability to make 50-75 outbound calls per day to engage with clients
- Experience with insurance markets and the ability to read and interpret policies
