Job Summary

Consulting and closing new prospect opportunities, the full-time Insurance Sales Agent - Benefit Lines will work collaboratively with RVPs and the Marketing team to expand the client portfolio while managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead daily inquiries by contacting clients and alliance partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Qualify prospects' coverage needs and consult on appropriate insurance solutions
  • Maintain a pipeline of open opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups to advance the sales process
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry
  • Valid Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
  • Strong expertise in Group Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Ability to make 50-75 outbound calls per day to engage with clients
  • Experience with insurance markets and the ability to read and interpret policies
