Job Summary
Engaging with inbound clients and financial advisors, the full-time Life and Health Insurance Agent will conduct needs analyses, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and provide consultative support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and conduct thorough needs analyses to identify coverage gaps
- Recommend and sell life, long-term care, and disability insurance solutions while delivering a high-quality client experience
- Partner with financial advisors to explain product options and provide guidance on planning fundamentals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of direct life insurance sales experience or 3+ years in inside sales/case design
- Active Life & Health Insurance License required; FINRA Series 6 & 63 preferred or ability to obtain
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong consultative selling and needs discovery skills
- Working knowledge of underwriting and case flow
