Job Summary

Engaging with inbound clients and financial advisors, the full-time Life and Health Insurance Agent will conduct needs analyses, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and provide consultative support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective clients and conduct thorough needs analyses to identify coverage gaps
  • Recommend and sell life, long-term care, and disability insurance solutions while delivering a high-quality client experience
  • Partner with financial advisors to explain product options and provide guidance on planning fundamentals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct life insurance sales experience or 3+ years in inside sales/case design
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License required; FINRA Series 6 & 63 preferred or ability to obtain
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Strong consultative selling and needs discovery skills
  • Working knowledge of underwriting and case flow
