Life and Health Insurance Agent
Job Summary
To support a growing client portfolio, the full-time Insurance Sales Agent - Benefit Lines will consult and close new business opportunities while collaborating with RVPs and marketing teams to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily inquiries by contacting clients and alliance partners to drive sales and revenue growth
- Qualify prospects' coverage needs and provide consultative solutions while maintaining a robust pipeline of open opportunities
- Educate clients on available coverages and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry
- Valid Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
- Strong expertise in sales and implementation of Group Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Ability to make 50-75 outbound calls per day to engage with clients
- Experience with ACA compliance and related documentation is a plus
