Key Responsibilities
  • Complete corrections in response to enrollment mismatches
  • Research and resolve root cause issues from Tier 1 staff
  • Maintain documentation and provide feedback based on audit discoveries
Required Qualifications
  • Current life and health insurance license preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of cumulative experience
  • Knowledge of D365 and Excel
