Life and Health Insurance Analyst

Job Summary

As a key member of the Fulfillment Resolution Team, the full-time remote Fulfillment Resolution Analyst will manage the correction of plan level and member enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Complete corrections in response to identified mismatches and resolve root cause issues from Tier 1 staff
• Work with carriers on member-level eligibility requests and make necessary corrections in the BenAdmin system
• Maintain documentation and provide feedback to stakeholders based on audit discoveries

Required qualifications

• Current life and health insurance license preferred
• Minimum of 2 years cumulative experience in a related field
• Knowledge of D365 and Excel
• Ability to handle high workload volume and meet demanding deadlines
• Self-motivated with a strong team player attitude
