Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of applicable professional experience, with 3-5 years in the software industry
- Intermediate understanding of employee benefits programs and implementation requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Licensure in Life and Health Insurance or ability to obtain within one year of employment
