Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Consultant to manage health and welfare implementations for the national EBTech team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business development teams to transfer sales cycle knowledge for new implementations
• Drive project management for concurrent projects and ensure progress against established goals
• Manage customer expectations and communicate closely with account teams and customer contacts throughout the implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of project management experience with mid-to-large group implementations on Benefits Administration or comparable software
• Deep understanding of employee benefits, HRIS, Payroll, or equivalent programs
• Ability to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license within one year of employment
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
