Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support to promote the company's product portfolio, the full-time Internal Marketing Consultant will manage agent relationships, assist with training and compliance, and handle a high volume of communications in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the company's product portfolio and provide service assistance to agents through training and support
- Manage agent communications, addressing issues and facilitating recruitment and training efforts
- Update and maintain the Contact Management System and assist with special projects as assigned by management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field
- Three or more years of experience in the insurance industry or related fields
- Life/Health Insurance license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
