Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Outreach/Onboarding Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process of new groups from application to successful enrollment
• Assist customers with their annual benefits renewal process and any coverage or carrier changes
• Utilize phone, text, and email for proactive onboarding support and issue reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• A Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment
• Positive and optimistic personality with strong customer empathy
• Highly productive with good multitasking skills
• Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
