Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Outreach/Onboarding Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process of new groups from application to successful enrollment
- Assist customers with their annual benefits renewal process and any coverage or carrier changes
- Utilize phone, text, and email for proactive onboarding support and issue reconciliation
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- A Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment
- Positive and optimistic personality with strong customer empathy
- Highly productive with good multitasking skills
- Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
