Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support inbound, scheduled, and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Guide employees through the benefit enrollment process and educate them on available benefits
- Maintain confidentiality of participant information and provide seamless customer experiences
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in benefits, insurance, or a call center environment
- Active and Continuous Life and Health Insurance License required
- Prior experience in employee benefits counseling or enrollment services preferred
- Bilingual proficiency preferred to support a diverse employee population
