Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Enrollment Counselor to support employees in navigating their benefits journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support inbound, scheduled, and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Guide employees through the benefit enrollment process and educate them on available benefits
  • Maintain confidentiality of participant information and provide seamless customer experiences
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in benefits, insurance, or a call center environment
  • Active and Continuous Life and Health Insurance License required
  • Prior experience in employee benefits counseling or enrollment services preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred to support a diverse employee population
