Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Benefits Enrollment Counselor will guide employees through the benefits enrollment process, providing education and support while ensuring compliance and accuracy in benefit enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide employees through core and voluntary benefits enrollment via calls and virtual presentations
• Accurately process employee benefit enrollments while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
• Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive enrollment experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in benefits, insurance, or call center environment
• Active Life and Health Insurance License required
• Experience with benefits enrollment platforms such as Selerix or Employee Navigator preferred
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
