Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Life & Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer questions and resolve issues for insureds and carriers via phone, mail, and email
  • Maintain accurate customer service history notes and assist with processing client requests
  • Update and maintain customer records, process new business transactions, and correct company records
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or General Education degree (GED)
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service and/or call center experience
  • Previous experience in the insurance, healthcare, or similar industry is highly desired
  • Proficient PC user skills with various computer software programs including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Bilingual ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers is desired but not required
