Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to insureds, carriers, and partners, the full-time remote Life and Health Insurance Representative will respond to inquiries, resolve issues related to coverage and claims, and maintain accurate customer service documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and carriers in a professional and timely manner
- Process client requests, policy changes, and updates received through various communication channels
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate effectively within the team to enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to manage multiple systems and applications
- Experience in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry is preferred
- Life & Health license (IL) is preferred but not required
