Job Summary

Serving as the onboarding expert for newly acquired clients, the full-time remote Client Success Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding of employee benefit programs, collaborating with Client Executives and ensuring successful configuration and launch of benefits.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and direct onboarding strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans for assigned clients
  • Lead client success meetings, establish agendas, and ensure accountability for outcomes
  • Execute the setup and onboarding of employee benefit programs with carriers and vendors
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits brokerage, benefits administration, or implementation roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading client onboarding or implementation projects
  • Experience advising on benefits administration, eligibility rules, and platform configuration
  • Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
  • Strong analytical and client relationship management skills
