Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience or in a professional environment
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license preferred but not required
- Knowledge of insurance operations and customer service background desired
- Proficient with a computer and capable of multitasking
