Job Summary

A company is looking for an Add-On Licensed Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers with additional coverage
• Record information and maintain departmental procedures and policies
• Explain policy benefits and complete necessary paperwork when required

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience or in a professional environment
• Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license preferred but not required
• Knowledge of insurance operations and customer service background desired
• Proficient with a computer and capable of multitasking
